When you can “be present,” and live in the “now moment” while consciously merged with your inner self, life becomes more balanced, and at ease. To “see yourself,” means you are able to truly sense, and feel yourself for whom and what you really are – not just a biological organism with a brain, but a spiritual entity, with many essences. These essences include your physical body, mental and emotional self, and extend out into your family and social relationships. The relationship that is key, is the one you have with yourself. Self reflection is a rare occurrence in this day and age to actually look inward and explore who you really are. This deeper awareness, and relationship with self, can give you greater peace of mind. It also
allows you to share that with others, making the world around you a better place.
When you can see, and really feel your body, you will be able to take better care of it. You can monitor your diet for what you put into it, and be purposeful with your nutrition so that it has a positive effect on you. Better, healthier choices will support the body, and it will respond accordingly. Being able to sense what is hurting – an ache, or pain, or muscle stiffness – you will find yourself better equipped to deal with it in a proper way.
When you can see yourself, mentally and emotionally; you will be able to have control over
the thoughts and actions in your day to day life. Being conscious in this way brings more balance, confidence, and control over all that comes into and out of your life. When you take the time and
mental effort to sustain this higher vision of self, all of the little things that were irritating, bothersome, and disturbing are less important. You will be able to conduct yourself through more challenging situations with less stress on your body and mind, maintaining a lightness in spirit.
When you can truly see yourself, your body, mind, and spirit will be united, giving you more
peace, happiness, and fulfillment, allowing the natural abundance you were born with to flow effortlessly into all aspects of your life. The goal of seeing yourself in this way takes time in developing the focus of mental, physical, and spiritual energy. It is a process. It is a combination of doing, feeling, and practicing. Take the time each day, or perhaps a few days a week, to take a step back, and step into your “self.” It is a simple lifestyle adjustment that can start small, and grow from there. You will find that you are living a more flowing and abundant life, and experiencing an ever-expanding higher consciousness.
When you can… it is not a matter of if… so start now… eliminate the when.. and see yourself… NOW!
This is seeing yourself. Try it, for more serenity, fun, peace, and joy in all areas of your life.
